added the new skins in from season 7 elite

update necessary for the shared content

technically, AVX is no longer required because I have to modify it myself, so this update is to remove that requirement. AVX is still Arctics work, so credit is due.

added the copyright friendly skins

removed covenant vehicles to put them into covenant addon

updated base warthog collision models

updated materials to use draconic dynamic specular

I have removed other game content and will be uploading them separately later, this allows me to manage the addon more effectively. if you are having issues, subscribe to the shared content addon

undid a bit of the sound improvements, to fix firing sounds for h3 vehicles

added spawnicon for tankhog, added spade, mats still wip.
