[simfphys] Halo CE Vehicles

YOU NEED ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ADDON TO HAVE ITS FULL FEATURES!
Why am i doing this?
- The addon is getting too big. I don't want to force people to have ALL of the vehicles if they only wanted specific ones. So each game's vehicles will be in their own addon from now on.
The shared content exists as It would bloat up peoples storage if i included them repeatedly (and bring the lua limit lower as weapons are usually shared)

Welcome to the Halo CE+ Project. This aims to include the human vehicles and to make them as game-accurate as possible with Simfphys. This addon in particular contains the Halo CE vehicles.
Along with Cursed vehicles, created by InfernoPlus.

What do these vehicles have?
They are weaponized!
Relatively game-accurate engine sounds and weaponry.
Custom particles for said weaponry.

Warthogs -
Working suspension, steering and steering wheel, making them feel great to drive.
Wheels blur after reaching enough speed, just like in Halo.
Civilian variant available
Warthogs have their MCC Skins available for use.

Scorpions -
Working Treads.
Treads blur after reaching enough speed, like Halo.
Scorpion has its MCC skins available for use.

Special thanks to Dopey for a lot of assistance porting the vehicles beyond Halo CE, and all of the particle effects the vehicles use too! Without him, none of these vehicles would have existed.

Snowy Snowtime - Ripped assets from Halo CE, rigged (CE Vehicles), animated, and coded vehicles. Ripped the CE skins from MCC Season 2.

• Arctic -- Created "Arctics Vehicle Extensions" (aka AVX) which I have modified a lot to work with these vehicles. These modifications include entire projectile swaps and some other stuff i cannot recall. The original addon is here.
