Added crafting kits to the shop and removed any stocks items that already have craftable variants.

To reset these zones so that you can purchase the new crafting kits:
1. Leave Miscellaneous Landing if you have not done so yet.
2. go to:

and delete P_miscShop.txt and P_miscShop.png
3. Load up that save file and go back to Misc Landing
4. Profit

Alternatively, you can also start a new game.

Added Untargetable Tiles indicators to the ship's tiles to prevent stuff like Gate: Swap, etc.
