Added Vo3 Judgement. Oberon-novangard and Vult-8 paladin.
Tweaked textures of the guns to have a thicker black outlines.
Stasis damage type now inflict vanilla hypothermia instead of it old effect,
All guns use now new unfinished type item during decoding (UnfinishedGun to UnfinishedEngram)
