Heya all, i just updated the mod. This is a small fix and a small update.

Changes:
+ Incendiary Grenade
+ Better thumbnail for several items
= (bugfix) Fixed weird thumbnails
= (bugfix) Fixed painkillers making people comatose

Notes:
I couldn't seem to fix the coma grenade, so until i find a fix, just shoot the grenade to make it explode.
