Whoops, I pressed upload without restarting the config file because I planned to test this patch before update for balance purposes, but instead it went to the public build. So anyway. Patch Notes:

Some edits to make a few moves more readable [Jab,Dair]

UTILT rework good
If you hit it, you grab the person and can either touch the ground to deal some KB or you can Chad-i-cide. Chad always dies, while only noobs die.
If it doesn't hit you can walljump cancel, which is pog right?

Moves that make Chad have different effects with maxed reps will now be outlined in light blue.

Note: There is a chance I updated moves stat wise, but I cannot for the life of me remember if I did, and I wouldn't be able to tell you what they were.

Minor Fix Update:
Opponent's using NSPECIAL on you will no longer crash the game
I can now more easily nerf/buff the amount needed to have Maxed Reps (Bar uses a formula to accurately represent the correct amount)

We try again tomorrow and hopefully we can win!

I'm sorry if you're excited about playing Chad's new update, but I'm currently having a mental breakdown because I'm tired and I can't fix the Chad crash.

I'm so sorry that this happened. I've failed.

DSTRONG has super armor other wise soft_armor of 12
NSPECIAL angle is based on VSP
Aerial DSPECIAL always spikes
Got Parried [Lose 1/2 Meter rounded down]
FSPECIAL requires 5 inputs instead of 3

Other Changes:
Removed on hit after images
Increased the amonut of movement after images
FSPECIAL has clear buffers to have less missinputs
Rune J was removed because of this update and will be turned into something else at a later point
