changed various feat level requirements so that the tools and weapons unlock over time not all at level 60 (ie iron at 10, steel at 30, hardened at 40, star at 50 ...) (approx) (includes other feat changes too)

changed crafting true names (avatars) to not destroy altar ... and to only cost 200. Avatars are good for rp in pve :)
