Version 3.0.6

- made the mod compatible with OWB 4.1 and HOI4 11.*
- converted everything for the Character System
- added event and ideas GFX where they were absent

DevNote: Why I changed some characters and minimal loc over here and there, this mod was made more than a year ago in a very different OWB map. Not all localization has been changed, due to the limited time I had for updating this project, so, don't be suprised where Slags will be called Antelope Tribe and the Badland Buckaroos Cyclopses.
Also, this mod was never finished and was planned to be completely remade, as I could do a much better job now. This, alas, not yet happened. Still, if somebody wants to play it, now it possible.

Version 3.0.5c

- fixed the focus timers, to match the new verison of OWB
- updated the files, referencing old features from previous version of OWB

- Fixed the Trade with the Big Circle decision
- Fixed the Armory Excavation again
- Added Bypasses to the Puppeting Focuses
- Set the Trade Routes effects properly

DevNote: Good to be back after my little detour with the Lost Expedition. I learned a lot in this one month, and I see how many things needs to be better implemented, fixed and finished to be worthy as his younger brother. Before any new content add-on, I'll work on that. Until then, enjoy the band-aided version of this.

Update 3.0.4. - Even More Bugfixes

###Fixed
- fixed the "Modoc Question" event, so the correct event description will pop up for it
- fixed the "Caravan Palace" focus, so the economy node spawns successfully
- fixed the "Klamath Situation' decision; now Slim Picket will not try to do a 'coup d'état' and will be your loyal subject, as he supposed to be.

###Changed
- moved the starting trade routes (to Reno and Vault City) into a decision under the Territorial Administration tab, with some additional trade relation bonuses. Now the Chemult trade node doesn't start with trade routes (only to Crowshaven, but it only works when the Bone Dancers' do the Pillars of Rome focus.) This made the early game a tidbit harder, but the Arroyo trade route still easily obtainable, so don't worry.

- added localization to the flags for the" Modoc Question" decision; now it will read something useful

Update 3.0.3. - More Bugfixes

###Added
- additional flags were added to bring attention that the fact that the Weaponmonger tree hasn't finished yet. To this point, they were quite scarce.
- your trading note now start with two potential partners; you can trade with Vault City and New Reno
- your Baron route now can unlock additional trade routes as well, when making deals with your neighbours

###Changed
- changed the way as the focuses deduct money from you; now, it'll happen after the focus is finished, not when it's selected

###Fixed
-some left behind localization has been added

- added a couple of missing flag removers to decisions, so now you can use all of them without accidentally being locked out of them
- fixed the trigger for 'Riches of the Past' focus, so now you'll be able to actually earn its rewards

Update 3.0.1.

- buffed the Iron for the Iron Baron focus award
- changed requirement for the Original Rangers focus; now, it is easier to get
- streamlined the end of the trade federation branch
- elections events got brought a half year earlier
- middle tree got new caps requirements, made it harder to achieve
- some decisions with caps requirements got caps cost increased

###Fixed
- focuses that requires caps now actually subtracts the needed money
- Localization: fixed grammatical errors, wrote new lines where they were missing, changed a couple of focus names

###Removed
- the "Last Words" focus, as it was always obsolete

Update 3.0.0. - New Dawn

Hotfix #05

- fixed the issue of Chemult not having any tech tier whatsoever
- fixed the lacking localization of the Texas region in the bookmarks
- added new military advisors and theorists; they mostly have generic traits but got unique descriptions
- new icons for early focuses, a new focus to make things clearer, and updated effects for the "Latest Man-Scout Fashion" and "Put Wheels Under them" focuses
- removed decisions to get scientific technologies after the Project Metro; instead, the focuses unlock the tech-tier for them

0.2.1 - Hotfix #4

- made the mode compatible with 1.10.1
- made the mod compatible with 3.*, which contains:
= map changes; added and removed victory points
= new early focuses added with temporary effects, later they will be interacting with the new trade system
= focuses which interacted old states that no longer exists (as Romemarch or the Cyclopes' Goldstrike) got redesigned
= new caps effect works, although the complete integration of the system will come with a later update
= you no longer will share your conquested lands with your future allies
- fixed an older bug where the pre-emptive peace deal for the Eighties would be triggered for to the Anointed, with a good 50% chance to get I-80 and make non-aggression pacts as well
- made it possible to postpone to address the Antelope Situation for a later date; temporary further deals and the forced war has disabled
- the Election of 76' as a national focus got removed, now it is a timestamped event; it makes more sense and the tree looks also better that way

The integration of the new systems that the 3.* brought in is in progress, but it'll take a week or two to implement them - and my promise about to rework the early game properly will be halted as well because of it. I'm well aware that everybody has more than a ton of fun with the new update so this lil bit hotfix borderline unnecessary, but I don't want let anybody hanging without a working version. Thanks for the understanding and the patience as well.
