Fixed lighting to make just a little bit brighter as requested, fixed a spot where a can could glitch into a wall, changed some of the flickering lights to glow instead, and fixed some small texture bugs.

Fixed spawn issues where person could spawn inside wall, also fixed props being able to hide inside the bird cage.
