Rejoice all! Finally a new version other than a 3.x.x iteration!
- Renamed the mod from "Unrestricted Air Horns + Train Horn" to Unrestricted Air Horns + Extra Horns"
- Updated the format of the "horn.sui" file to follow the current vanilla format. No impact on gameplay, it just looks better and easier on the eyes when editing.
- Made small changes to the Train Horn.

-- Increased unlock level from level 3 to level 10.
- Added new add-on air horns:
* Mack Horn (utilizing the Mack Anthem/Pinnacle default air horn).

- Added Black versions of all existing and new horns.
