- Fix client crash in UI when there are no destinations available (which can happen clientside even if there are available destinations due to networking issues)

- Fix disabling danger restrictions (used to always indicate danger instead of never indicating danger)
- Fix/workaround for signs being randomly considered invalid - not sure what causes the underlying issue

- Fix crash with followers
- Switch to using Teleporter.Activate to teleport, instead of custom implementation
- Allow ghosts to teleport by haunting
- Add config option to switch if and with what limitations ghosts can teleport
