Huge new update! :)

-Removed Snow particles on Sans
-Added Clothes wave, removed clothes shake
-Made laces independent Layers to not interfere with clothes
-Fixed mutiple clipping and stretching issues
-Less moving of the static Backround
-Faster clothes movement to match with the snow particle speed
