Multiple changes for improved performance with massive quantities of respawn pods in world:

Removed sensor

Removed timer blocks

Simplified cabin pressurization and door

Added external air vent to refill tank on low O2 planets (like Galados)

Solar panel is now partially built, with remaining comps in cargo. This is to allow the ship to get cleaned after running out of power if players spawn and never return to server.
