Changed the flags in the translations screen to the 1935 Versions of those flags.
Please don't get offended, the flags were like that when Gulags were still around.

PS: For the pedantic: yes, I did not exchange all flags, since many only underwent minor modifications since then.
The ones with the most obvious differences were all exchanged, except for Korean and Ukrainian, since Korea used the japanese and Ukraine the russian flag in 1935.
