Update rush part 4: Nerfed the time to 2s+0.5s/w and changed the settings to work with floats. I changed the settings path so the settings should be newly created anyway. Still you should throw away the old settings. Major update I guess?

An actual bugfix (yay): Fixed the AND NOT NOTHING statement being 0 instead of 15 (yes I use bitwise shortcuts)

TP hotfix:
- Timer no longer gets extended too much
- Timer supports 15 seconds of delay (the settings can still be changed, but it will always add 15000 ms on TP when the first command is sent)
