Patch: 1.09.73

* Fixed a compatibility issue with Leaderlib from the last mainline update resulting in double damage.

- New

- Touch Skills V2 - Touch skills now cost 1AP dealing 70% Multiplier damage with their appropriate status. Touch skills have a unique "Exposure" effect, ignoring armor and reducing resistances to that damage type by 10% for 3 turns. Each touch skill can apply it's own exposure type which will accumulate as a single debuff status to easily track. Dwarven Petrifying Touch is currently the only source of earth exposure dealing 100% damage.

- New Skill - Venom Touch - Deals 70% Poison damage applying Poisoned for 2 turns and exposure for 3 turns.

- Changes

- Runic Arsenal - Rune specific template checks no longer work so it was replaced with a direct template check. This prevents rune insert/removal from sticking. Runic Hammer uses it's own tag system to prevent a little known exploit. If you remove the talent with an added slot item it will prompt the rune slot is the problem, not runes. All gear runes can simply be taken out to use on other characters. Cleaned out some redundant and non-player specific code.
- You can now choose what status type you want a weapon rune to apply at 50% chance. This only applies for attacks.
- Prismatic Rune Resist all reduced to 4%, 6% and 8%.
- Rune of Adept Tier 3 now grans +2 to weapons skills from +1.
- Rune of Shielding Increased base Physical Armor value by 50/80/120 from 50/60/100.
- Rune of Vigor for players is now Rune of Coalescence. After being hit by enemy damage gain +5% resistance and deal +5% more damage of that type for 1/2/3 turns.
- Rune of Deflection has been reverted to it's previous Rune of Sanguine granting 5/10/15% Lifesteal.
- Rune of Cleaving is now Rune of Detonation. Hitting an enemy charges them with runic power. Consume 3 charges to deal 20% more damage for that hit.

- Elite Enemies - Fixed Conqueror from not properly updating Glass Cannon. Fixed StatusOnInit flaw for Phantasmal Killer and Guardian Spirit. Fixed Furnace Drake from damaging most neutral NPCs. Fixed an NPC from having two roll options. Elites are far more interested in summoning and the bird will no longer hold you hostage.

- King of Terra all Poison status will bypass enemy armor. Terra Poison now uses the owner for converting to Virulent from any triggered source.
- Removed old Necrofire Vs Congeal interaction which made then clear each other.
- Dual Wield combat skill Crit Multiplier bonus increased to 3% from 2% per rank. Description UI is now controller friendly.
- Two Kings United Explosive Proliferate damage increased to Avg Level 100% from 80%.
- Arcanist Overload for magic damage increased to 30% from 25%.
- Combat Reflexes manually set two skills known to proc the wrong hittype.
- Source Vampirism target range increased to 8m from 4m.
- Enemy Vitalize reverted to a 5 turn CD from 4 turns.
- Sabotage min-max damage range reduced for a more reliable damage spread.
- Elemental Swarm is now script controlled for it's infusions to prevent dual statuses.
- Updated Walk It Off with more recent status effects like Elites.
- Act 1 four Skeleton Soul Jar fight is now slightly easier.
- Reduce global cost of all items by 10%.
- Added a script to manually block Disarm for immune targets. That's a thing I guess.
- Added safety net on Osi scripts using Lua iterators against nill returns.

- Fixes

- Fixed NPC turn stall script resetting the AP count timer instead of the turn timer.
- Fixed custom model rendering problem with a new Unique item.
- Fixed Dual Wield skill not properly calculating Crit Multiplier bonus.
- Fixed Arcane Stitch 10% retore from harming undead.
- Fixed Nullify removing permeant Peace of Mind.
- Fixed surface interaction between Spiked Hide and Resonating Globe.
- Fixed missing Physical Armor bonus for Rune of Shielding combined variants.
- Fixed Odin's Seeking Arrows from interacting with known fake projectiles.
- Fixed some Tiepoes.

Hotfix: 1.09.721

- Accidently published with a prototype Lua script in the mod.

- Changes

- Removed the +15% Vitality bonus from Lone Wolf.
- Reverted Conflux status resistance reduction added a bit ago. It was just a bit too much.
- Reduced Bleed Fire Resist penalty to -10% from -15%.
- Removed 5% Dodge bonus from animal NPC Rend skill.
- Bone Offering can now only target enemies. It's two conditional effects will no longer stack.
- Updated Tsunami script to properly check for hits and misses.
- Dome of Protection on turn armor restore reduced to 60% Qualifier from 70%.
- Bless resistance bonus reduced to 10% from 15%.

- Fixes

- Fixed Haunting Wraith granting Combat Reflexes skills again due to swapping from flag to tag checks.
- Fixed Shapeshifter mask shenanigans for Undead Elf and Lizard.
- Fixed Incendiary Tempest not producing Elementalist stacks.

Hotfix: 1.09.719

- Created a new low level turn stall fix script. The previous one was failing because the AI fallback loop itself prevents timer actions so more aggressive methods were needed.
- Added a universal Invisibility fade check for stealth skill bonuses. Similar to Sneak fade.

- Changes

- Increase random seed to 1000 from 100 for Glancing Blows, Glancing Hit/Savage Criticals, Quick Assembly/Grande Crafting, Static Discharge, Arrow Recovery and AI scripted reactions.
- Sadist's DoT lifesteal reduced to 15% from 25%.
- Ashen Phoenix Crest AoE damage reduced to 25% from 30%. All Armor restore reduced to 10% from 15%.
- Vitalize will no longer apply to ally undead. Now also removes Shackles of Pain, Sleeping, Taunted, Dazed, Chicken, Faerie Fire and Marked.
- Night Stalker has been re-scripted to more accurately pull damage for it's explosion and filter multiple damage sources.
- Wind Runner now plays VFX when the character hits 5+ stacks.
- Utmost Fury will now ignore summons. It also applies silence during it's turn start attack to prevent a crash.
- Lord of Endless Night has been updated. Shared Lifesteal will now work like normal sources. Lots of redundant code removed. Dual action skill use has been improved, notably the tag sticking. Death Coil damage reduced to 140% from 150%. Giving the summon SP now costs Maximum Vitality instead of Current Vitality.
- Incarnate Ranged Attack now deals damage in a 2m radius.
- Ifan's Wolf gains 5% more resist all, 15/20% bonus damage, 10/15% Accuracy and 15% more armor starting at Tier 2. Pack buff now also grants Ifan +10% Accuracy.
- Fan of Knives damage increased to 150% from 140%. No longer targets dead characters and bonus works with stealth, not just sneaking.
- Adaptive Skin resistance reduced to 20% from 25%.
- Resistance potions after Small have been reduced by 5% per tier.

- Fixes

- Fixed Savage Critical Hits not being calculated correctly after the Utmost Fury integration.
- Fixed Electrified Surface proc missing Poison Terra + Burning switches.
- Fixed Ethereal Storm lowest resists check ending a turn early.
- Fixed Killing Field working while disarmed.
- Fixed Band of Turmoil procing on allies or self in case of healing undead.
- Fixed Combat Reflexes giving toggle statuses to skill that temporary grant the talent.
- Fixed Ifan's Wolf Bite not using it's level for DoT damage.
- Fixed Dragon Talon from producing multiple Sadist procs, maybe.

- Charges

- Overload cooldown set to 4 turns from 6.
- Increase all Grenade base damage by 5%.
- Added a status ping for Conqueror Elite to force update talent addition.
- All Totems now have double HP and more immunities. Including Cloud/Surface damage. Totems of the Necromancer have higher Warfare and Armor/Magic Armor now. Might do something more with that specific skill later on.

- Fixes

- Fixed Spiked Hide responding to non-Attacks.
- Directly prevented Disarm status against Utmost Fury.
- Fixed King of Flames outgoing/incoming ForceStatus Checks.
- Fixed Overhead text display for Elemental Weapon.
- Fixed Grenadier talent not properly interacting with explosive objects.

Hotfix: 1.09.717

- Changed

- Allowed King of Flames to bypass armor from surfaces when the character also has Torturer. Torturer does not actually apply statuses from surfaces unlike King of Flames but it was causing confusion so I did a quick work around.
- Opportunist Procs will no longer trigger Perseverance armor restoration. Increased Proc damage to 155% from 135%.
- Added Burning Touch Skill - Shocking, Freezing touch now cost 1AP dealing 85% Multiplier damage from 110%. Shocking Touch no longer Electrifies surface. Freezing Touch CD reduced to 3 from 4. This is part of a future tweak for touch skills.
- Arcanist's Overload now had a CD of 6 turns from once per combat.
- Elemental Arrowheads Skill is now Elemental Weapon.
- Fan of Knives target limit increased to 8 from 6. The attack can now auto backstab from stealth.

- Hotfix: 1.09.716

- Changes

- Combat Reflexes will no longer have it's Cripple/Muted statuses interaction. It's problematic on hit detection and likely not needed anyways. The talent and descriptions have been updated. Momentum has a slight delay before applying to prevent multi-hit attacks which apply it from eating a charge. It already had this in place while the status was active. Also added a talent check on the toggle status application as a safety net.
- Sadist will not verify the attack actually landed before applying it's effects. Infection effect will 'pulse' on melee attacks to insure it's applied.
- Grim Fury will not longer block Poison damage for undead users.
- Updated Bilingual XML files. I tend to forget.

- Fixes

- Added extra checks to insure Origin or player characters aren't affected by inverse scaling for level 1-6.
- Sadist DoHit fix will now bail early if LeaderLib, DU or Vanilla Plus.

Hotfix: 1.09.714

- Changes

- Entirely re-scripted Combat Reflexes talent. It was having hittype detection issues with nonsense engine evaluations.
- Utmost Fury frontal retaliation angle increased to 100 degrees from 70. Travel speed boost is longer.
- King of Flames will no longer care about the source of Burning or Necrofire. It was intended to let the user decide when to be on fire or not but seems to cause confusion.
- Included an engine quirk in Torturer's description as a perk.
- Sadist will now also consider Necrofire for it's Conflux status interactions.

-Fixes

- Fixed Wind Dancer not properly refreshing it's radius attack on turn start which would emulate vanilla aura interactions.
- Fixed Living Armor Physical restoration tag typo preventing it from working.
- Simplified Sadist Conflux status script interactions.
- Fixed Killing Field and Phoenix Dive not triggering Guard due to new 'fake projectile' function.
- Fixed Combat Reflexes skills from showing when Utmost Fury triggers.
- Fixed Vanilla scripts from removing Blood Rose, in theory.
- Fixed Utmost Fury Retaliation from queueing hits. It will still respond every second.

Hotfix: 1.09.713

- Changes

- Combat Reflexes 'Momentum' will now last for 3 hits before resetting. While Momentum is active the first stage of this talent will not activate. The intention of this talent was always a multiple stage control then burst interaction for using Melee and Ranged but it was a bit too rewarding, allowing consistent up-time and overlap of both stages.
- Combat Reflexes will properly function with magic projectiles as intended. Talent description has been updated and Combat Reflexes.
- Wind Runner will now apply it's area hit when the character reaches 5 stacks instead of turn started. Damage and Dodge bonus from the talent reduced to 10% max. Wind Shear Damage reduced to 55% Weapon damage from 65%.
- Blacklisted Spark skills from Combat Reflexes and Elementalist talents.
- Spiked Hide now Reflects damage independently of other sources. Reflect value reduced to 30% from 40%.

- Fixes

- Fixed Executioner Piercing damage from getting reduced on hits with many damage types.
- Fixed Sadist not properly checking armor when applying a Conflux status.
- Fixed typo in Equinox preventing the Cold portion from applying.
- Fixed UI Override spamming for Phoenix Quiver.
- Added a template check for a new item as a safety net.
- Fixed Equilibrium and Combat Reflexes statuses not being removed when the talent is.
- Fixed Combat Reflexes skills being added for Wraith Form.
- Added extra script verification for Wind Shear to insure targets are enemies.
