Made some changes to Wardens' personalties, they were still clashing with Shinobi thieves and outlaw factions.

Issues with the Wardens running straight to man the turrets at the Hub and immediately firing on Trade Ninjas and Outlaws even through relations were positive.

Corrected this hopefully, changes were made to their equipped used AI packages.

They also should be recruitable now, and not as*holes.

So annoying,

Adjusted faction relations to better accomodate fogmen and Hub-Expanded mods.

Made some changes to the wandering companies, various stats increased, hopefully not too strong.

Adjustments made to the "Isil" race interactions, hopefully act more supportively.

Various other item tweaks.

"Warden Crossbow MkI", longer range, slower-firing lightwieght variant of the Old World MkI. Designed to be equipped with Nagamaki on the back.

All Warden NPCs now carry their unique sideswords, based on the Nagamaki, balanced for defensive and indoor use.
