Update rush part 1: Fix multiple kugels on TP regenerating starting direction

Fixed a TP bug before it got noticed. (If quirks appear some time before update, please do the entirity as the private calculation for normal kugel went wrong when there are more)

- Allow TP to submit a single Kugelblitz at a time instead of having to do all the quirks (you can still do them on the 0.1% of the bombs that have multiple and I still find it dumb it was banned because of this but still)
