Update v1.0.1

• Added an extra failsafe, so that the Erchius Ghost will not spawn whatsoever, even if the effect is still somehow active. This failsafe does not apply to the Pandora's Box Monsters, as their spawning is handled differently.

• Removed the Erchius Ghost by gutting the moon's status effect.

• Removed the various Pandora's Box Erchius Creatures from spawning on the moon.
