After long and torturous trial and error, helicopter waypoints finally work as intended. Also added some other goodies, like better starting equipment to playable units.

Implemented major fixes to how the helicopter operates thanks to Mr. Blizer / Other improvements like adding starting equipment to the squad so AI friendlies aren't so useless.
