Almost all items are reworked to make them more compatible with vanilla (also s+/ss)

Some Models got reworked
Some Textures got reworked
Some new Items
All Items that are now in the Mod are in the Discription listed

through the rework it could be possible that some snaps are changed
affected are Doors and Stair in my tests maybe more ? let me know !!

Removed 1/3 Walls they are at the moment not compatible with all other Items
maybe i add them back to a later date!
