Changes made to fix resurrection and stops resurrection after the end of the round, but still won't resurrect you if the position you happen to die in is invalid for spawning, does not currently have support for the custom roles mod

Removed the damage reduction when attacked by other players

Reduced the damage of the Summon Lightning Ability and also made the player the attacker for any damage so that it is included in the karma calculation.

The Guard Mode Ability was removed as it was not really suitable for TTT due to it just attacking anything it saw
