Version 1.2

Added new Dense Housing buildings, they have 3 tiers and provide the following:
30/60/90 Housing
60/90/120 Amenities
They also cost quite a lot of maintenance including requiring dark matter
25/35/45 Energy Credits
1/2/3 Dark Matter

The first tier of Dense Housing is unlocked upon gaining the ability to mine dark matter

Version 1.1

Added new Slum buildings, they have 3 tiers and provide the following:
20/40/60 Housing
10/20/30 Amenities
20/40/60 Crime/Deviancy

A Precinct House or Hall of Judgement on the planet will decrease the total crime by 1/4th.
The crime reduction is doubled for Gestalts and tied to the presence of a Sentinel Post.
