Hoping to have fixed rotate hand buttons (Tobii's Drafting Tools) that became unreliable (at least for me) with TTS v13.

- Added snap points to all development cards to make it easier to add resources and stack production
- Removed "who goes first" die, since the game has no first player
- Added rotation to deck snap points
- Added trash bag to make it easier to discard spent resources
