Mark 5a Coaches - Major Update

- Normal maps converted to targa (with RLE compression), smaller file size
- Added missing side vents on right hand side of coaches
- Changed material fadeout distance for emissive materials
- Emissive materials are no longer twoside = true
- Additional weathering added
- Adjusted undercarriage and bogie mga and albedo textures
- Undercarriage has its own CDR map now
- Added Interlock Lights
- Increased Dwell Times
- Fixed DTSO roof color
- Added missing vents on DTSO roof
- New soundset:
>correct door chimes, kindly provided by Jo3do88y
>correct drive sound
>two flange tracks
>added horn
>realistic breaking sound
- Added detail to DTSO front end
