Update:

1. Preparation for SE Humanoid - DLC1 - Humanoid Hives
2. Addition of a few more articles of clothing (servants, pirates, slaves, science, hive mind)
3. Many touchups and modifications to articles of clothing.
4. Added more rules to clothing options, notably for Theocracies and Technocracies.
5. MASSIVE changes to Humanoid 03!

Massive update:
1. Fallen Empire clothing: New range for Humanoids. Old Fallen Empire clothing distributed to regular government types.
2. Theocratic government type clothing expanded (Holy Tribunal) to access.
3. Technocracy government type clothing created
4. Dictatorial government type merged (no longer separate for 'communist').
5. Significant new clothing options.
6. Added two new female Humanoid 04 and two new male Humanoid 04 (green, unused vanilla files)

Fixed assets file which stuck some Humanoid 05 bodies with Humanoid 04 species.
