Added safezone support! Projections can now be spawned in safezones with the projection building permission. Loose projection is not compatible with safezones.

Fix timer not using block count from subgrids.
Improved voxel collisions. False positives for voxels will be much less likely, but there is also a higher chance of grids spawning inside voxels.

Ownership of blocks is now inherited from the person who activated the build process instead of the owner of the projector block. Share mode is still inherited from the block settings.
