updated weapon with the new points? not sure why it needed reblancing, but there were more points, so..here it is, Scatterbomb V2

>now fires a spread of 7 shots, increased from 5
>clip incresed to 7 to accomodate 7 shot spread
>more player damage
>projectile speed increased

I think that was everything i changed, have fun blowing huge holes in things!
