Bloodbringer perk is no longer mandatory, it now bring also a berserker rage to your werewolf, enabling your power attacks to strike more enemies.

- Corrected Howl of Fear during transform: now it include also a stagger effect if enemy is in close range.
- Affected enemies now have a very small probability to evade transformation fear effects (~5-10%)
