possible fix #3, previous update file structure apparently broke

- This update *does* work, the intended changes have gone through. Hopefully it solves the issue of infinitely repeating bloodlines as well, though that requires an actual game to test so that will be something I test later on.

(I was planning on testing it immediately, but the workshop has started trolling my attempts to update the file again)

Possible fix. Needs playtest.
At the very least we have filesize, so it should be working.

Attempted fix for an issue. Bugged (0.00mb file size, meaning steam refused to upload for some reason)

Update pass as I now have more familiarity with CK2 best practise (which enhances mod compatibility and reduces potential future issues.)
