Alright, a small update though I'm working on the bug fixes.

-Added C24 skin
-Changed the skin order of all models so they match with the masked variant.

Changed a model path for a copper to avoid collisions with some gamemodes.

Here's the small list:

-Added berets for maskless models (excluding female_03 and female_07)
-Added blue lenses skin for cop model.
-Fixed missing texture in mp7 pouches.
-Improved City 8 model by adding blue lenses to it as well + making pants darker.
-Made the mask lighter.
