Fixed a bug that caused GMod to crash while loading the map.
Fixed the nasty water in the Rivers of America.
Fixed the borked hanging Ghost Host.

Couple of bug fixes:
-Borked L4D trees replaced
-Restored some missing Ghost Host narration
-Player clipping changed to prevent regular gametypes from jumping from the map. Clipping is for players, custom vehicles shouldn't be affected (including boats in the Rivers of America. Note that if you go past Fowler's Harbor or Pirates that those are out of playable space and the world falls apart)
-Fixed a couple of alternative routes
-Fixed some of the non-essential barriers to make them removable
