1.2 Update!

-Tons of minor changes and fixes.
-Fixed BH bug that happened when they updated. (WHY IS YELLOW CAR, GREEN?)
-Fixed missing item from RHS update conflict with CI mod.
-Tutorial for first mission and much more detailed gameplay help from feedback over the year. / You will no longer need to look in the comments, all spoiler information is now in gameplay help.
-EP6 now has more ways to blow up the main tank including METIS systems in the hillside.
-All episodes including EP4 now have a squad teleport script.
-Thanks to AZCoder for teleport script and aiming accuracy of AI changes.
