The PsychicPawnGeneration patch now handles cases where a null pawn has been generated properly.

Added two new settings for configuring psychic faction raids:
A new setting to ignore prerequisite conditions for raids, allowing them to occur at any time.
A new setting that allows configuration of raid sizes, from 30% size to 300% size.
These settings can be changed at any time.

PsiTechManager will now recover from complete data loss. It won't be able to regenerate the lost data, but it will allow you to load saves that have completely lost all PsiTech data.
