Added kick-ass music! ... That doesn't want to work... but the file is in your workshop folder. Go to Duke Nukem 3D/gameroot/workshop/207705385/dukecity.zip and extract the OGG file from it. (PLEASE NOTE: You need to install Winrar if you havent already!) Extract the OGG File and good luck finding an OGG File converter. If you can't you can check out my youtube page where I will leave a download link to the MP3 version of it on the video titled "Duke Nukem Forever 2013 Mod: BIKERIDE (Duke Nukem 64 Remix)", which I recommend doing.
