New Features
- Implemented "Silent Color" and "Hide when Silent" options for all visualizers.
If Silent Color is set, the visualizer will use that color when there's no audio being played.
- Implemented "Foreground Image" (and CSS).
Use this if you want another image layer above the visualizer.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed issue with custom Spotify backend url not being applied correctly.
- Fixed issue preventing users from easily changing the Spotify token.
- Fixed odd horizontal line in wave vertical visualizer when using "Flip Frequencies".
