gau-8 updated to reflect sound/tracer/impact/balance changes

darkstar broke distant sounds in combination with a gun sound that has a start/loop/end component. as a compromise the gun now does not have an "end" part to the sound as i had to incorporate the start and loop components into the one sound and loop that so that the distant BRRRT would not break. go bug darkstar if you want him to fix it

todo: add diff ammo types so that you can go full stealth tracers, a tracer 1 every 5 shots, or just fire full tracers
