Changed out frostbite for cryokinesis.
Shortened the weapons dash to 3 squares, instead of 4 to go with the other swords.
Modified the artifact tags to hopefully remove an issue some had.
Setup Selicy to start with Anima selected as a focus.

Sorry for all the frequent updates. Description was eaten and had some issues with the mod loading properly. Working fine now.
