Fix the actions tokens to correctly follow the rules.

Changed the background and added foor.

Changed the reset deck function so that it works even in the rare case in which all cards have been dealt.

Added the deck reset function before shuffling so cards go from the hands back into the deck first.

Added a slight delay on the random flips to avoid confusion.
