Minor fixes

Huge changes based on feedback from playtestig

-removed one-way drop on B
-added bridge to mid
-moved tree on A site
-removed corner on A second entrance
-removed B side door fom B site CT window
-changed deathmatch spawns
-changed default playermodels
-changed CT mid room

-changed sun angle
-detailed A connector
-added save spot to T spawn
-decreased bomb damage from 500 to 400 just like on inferno and nuke
-replaced crates near A main to a tree and rocks
-changed skybox

Last update I made a wall-bagable plank of wood fade out when it was still visible, making it a one-way wall, so I fixed that.

Day 1 Changes

- increased avarage fps by making some porps fade out at a distace
- added more nodraw textures to slightly increase fps
-added new balcony on A site connector to line up nades
-fixed radar glitches
