Update 4/19/2020

Changed the Masari Civic:
- Civic now unlocks new Light/Dark mode policies that give bonuses and penalties for both modes.
- Light Mode increases weapon damage and range at the cost of decreased health and armor.
- Dark Mode increases armor, armor regen, fire-rate, and ship speed at the cost of reduced weapon damage and range.

- Update 4/17/2020 -

1. Fixed an issue with the droppod model not appearing.
2. Changed the Masari's Matter Engine building to "Matter Engine Network".
- Build limit reduced to 1.
- Increased the cost to 2000 from 1500.
- Increased added monthly energy credits to 5.
- Now offers 2 new specialist jobs "Architect" exclusive to this building.
- Readjusted the building icon to align better with the other icons.

3. New Job "Architect": Based on the lore of the Masari builder, produces alloys and energy with an upkeep for consumer goods. This job does not require resources to produce since the Architect literally thinks structures into existence. Also has the benefit of increasing planetary army and build speed by 5%.
