Decreased delay from 3.25 Seconds to 1.5 Seconds | Changed damage from 30 to 25

Added attack time delay.

Lowered Damage to 25 (This makes it more balanced)

Removed unused attack animation

Fixed a bug where the shadow and weapon would be displayed.

Made it so the player is damaged by the user rather than server subtracting hp till a suicide.


Also removed the weapon so its just hands
