fixed the mod sometimes incorrectly trying to do a text streak when picking up a pill in rep+

-fixed holy mantle symbol being positioned wrong if you had a full 12 (or 6 for forgotten/soul) hearts
-fixed lives counter being shown in wrong spot for forgotten/soul in default based huds
-fixed 'extra' stat icons not always having the same opacity as the regular stat icons
-fixed pocket active items sometimes showing twice if you had no other pocket items
