Uza Nspec
+ Can do airdodge during startup

Uza Uspec
- The intial jump doesn't boost horizontal speed, and have less height

Uza DSpec being generally
--- Cant jump in the air
-- Shot dmg 16 -> 12
-- Shot base kb 13 -> 9
-- Shot kb scaling 1.3 -> .85
- Melee hitbox hitpause scaling now exist
