[OPTIMIZATION]

- Optimized the code for Structures being disabled when Snowpiles build up around them. This should help improve performance on large servers with many structures.

IMPORTANT: This is a very large change, and may cause unintended issues with certain structures, please be on the lookout for oddities involving large snowpiles and structures

- Cleaned up some Wolfgang rework code.
- Moved the Clockwork Pawn World Gen over to a non deprecated system (Don't worry, this doesn't require a new world to be generated).

[NEW]

- Added Config Option for the improved Sewing Kit Changes (Double the uses, half the repair amount).
- Decoupled the Sewing Kit changes from the Clothing Degredation Config Option / Feature.
- Added character quotes for the Hooded Forest's Woodpecker, the Snot Roast, and the Snot Roast's special effect when eaten (Reduced hunger drain for a limited time).

[TUNING/MISC]

- Clockwork Pawns should no longer spawn when the player is very close to their spawner.
- Increased the Froggle Bunwich's cooking priority (Now higher than Kabobs).
- Reduced the time until a Nightmare Pawn explodes.
- The Ancient Trepidation no longer collides with any Shadow/Nightmare Creatures (including itself).

[MONSTER MEAT REWORK]

Instead of the Monster value of a food dynamically being reduced by the amount of meat in a dish (the calculation of which had to be applied to EVERY food recipe in the game that monster meat could be applied to), we have instead reworked the Monster Lasagna recipe.

Now, if the MONSTER value of your ingredients outweighs the MEAT value, Monster Lasagna will be cooked. Additionally, if you use two of any type of Monster Meat, you will make Monster Lasagna (Unless you are Warly, in which 4 or more Monster Value will create Monster Tartare)

Examples of how this works:

Monster Meat = 2.5 Monster Value. 1 Meat Value.
Cooked Monster Meat = 2.0 Monster Value. 1 Meat Value.
Dried Monster Meat = 1.5 Monster Value. 1 Meat Value.

1 Monster Meat, 1 Meat, and 1 Morsel will outweigh the Monster Value, creating other dishes.
1 Cooked Monster Meat, 1 Meat will outweigh the Monster Value.
1 Dried Monster Meat, 1 Morsel/Frog Leg/Drumstick will outweigh the Monster Value.

This is essentially a fixed up, more code friendly version of our existing system.

Oh, also, Crock Pot predictor mods should now be fixed, they should no longer show a blank icon!


[REWORKED WOLFGANG ROWING]

Reduced Might Wolfgangs rowing force increase from 10x to 3x.
Wolfgang has a higher max speed with each oar equivalent to next tier (Wood -> Driftwood -> Malba Beak -> Better Malba Beak).

This allows for higher max speed but less "do a 90 degree turn with a single row" handling.


[FIGGY FROGWICH (FROGNEWTON) REWORK]

> Increased Hunger from 18.75 > 37.5.
> Increased Sanity from 15 > 33.
> Reduced Health from 8 > 3.
> Now requires a sweetener (Honey).

The Figgy Frogwich is essentially an alternate version of Uncompromising Modes Pumpkin Cookies.


[TUNING]

- Reduced default Mother Goose health from 8000 to 7000 (Added config option for pre-nerf 8000 health).
- Increased Mother Gmoose / MooseGoose stomp attack hit range by 20%.
- Slightly reduced delay until the Mother Goose's Tornadoes spin outwards.
- Increased Hooded Widows stomp attack hit range by 20%.

[FIXES]

- Removed the "hound" tag from Bear Traps, replaced with "houndfriend" tag. The "hound" tag was causing the Moonbase to try and transform the Bear Traps during the Moon Staff event, causing a crash.

- Applied the canopy protection effects to the Hooded Forests canopy, instead of a radius around the Giant Redwoods. There should no longer be small spots where you do not receive their protection within the Canopy.

[FIXES]

- Manually reset the Perogi config, players who had not reset / changed their config settings would have had this setting set to "true/false", when it was changed to a number value in a recent patch. Due to this, the game tries to compare a number value to "true/false", and proceeds to crash. Instead of asking *everyone* with this problem to reset their config, it has been manually changed.

- Fixed issue with crafting certain recipes when Monster Meat changes were toggled off.

- Fixed issue where certain entities in the Hooded Forest would spawn without proper networking, becoming uninteractable "statues".
