part 1 of weekend cleanup and hotfixes

- 2 new floor signs input/output
- Food prepper been move into core instead of a patch (make wort if no food mods installed)
- Patch for RimCuisine 2 too for prepper (feel free to suggest more)
- Prf pusher now have copy/paste storage options
- Option to choose stack or item limit on pusher too.
- changed color for in/output cell on new machines to match prf better
- Prf pusher will not spill over if cell/stockpile are full

Update
- Striped floor 2 directions (for that factory feel)
- Floor signs 3 arrows, 1 x icon (glow in the dark)
- T1 miner (new)
- T2 miner (old being redone)
- T3 miner (new)
- T2 Slaugther house
- PRF T2 pusher
- Starting deviding mod into 3 tiers early, late industrial and glitter/spacer (tier 4 insanity)
- Added make wort to Food prepper (still only for vgp)
- Grouped fermenting barrel into self cooker, butcher, food prepper
- Hidden old Storage unit as texture can be selected under new one with rotate
- Multi texture on cargo platform use rotation to swap
- Multi texture on all original PRF buildings rotate when placing to change
- New texture for I/O port
- I/O port now change color for in and out state
- Fueling Machine Grouped with Rollers/pushers
- Cultivators now have output cell (testing)


- ALOT of reorginizing and redo of old code and cleanup, also allaround start on balance
- Code Overhaul and base structure, also put in alot of help/explanation for my self but also for anyone who reading source



Balance:
- T1+T2 miners can now cause infestation like vanilla miners
- Edited wrong frame types in cost list.
- All Hp values have been updated to not just be 100hp (sorry about hp on buildings they arent broken! just got more hp now)
- Added heat generation on most machines to balance abit better
- started to put cunstruction skill req. to build
- all items are now minifyable
- Redone Research abit, will need more tweaking later

Nobo from NR_AutoMachineTool have done new assemblies from hes mod into here.
with hes Slaughter, Pusher, Miner (T3)
Also helped fixed some PRF requests.
