Removed bug fixes that Paradox has themselves fixed, including planetary designations, Sacred Nexus Job count, Gestalt special jobs, and living metal research.

Removed the planetary designation fixes since Paradox appears to have fixed it themselves.
Removed some unused folders to prevent potential incompatibility.
