made aether mode side blast zones equal to normal stage

made new aether mode game mode:

If opponent is at or over 100 and u do jab they fall out of bounds like the trick this orginates from. if a jab 1 force flinches just do jab 2 and they go out

also note muno steve taunt and morshu taunts work with this
