Update to v.0.5.0.
- Changed the logic of Ind.
- CAct: refactored from a class to a structure.
- Fixed an error with sequential message output in Echo.
- Change the logic of subroutine initialization of subprogram (was inconvenient for the user). Created the initsupp class for initialization.
