Add Configuration Features.

• Now you can choose what card you want to purchase in GTS (I not finished about some abilities - Infiltrate, Volunteer Army, Private Channel, Double Agent, Tactical Analysis and Mental Fortitude).
  
• Supply cost is 50 + (25 * Required Rank)
  
• You can't make it if that ability can be continent bonus, but also you can configure Continent bonus table

Change GTS Unlocks image to Resistance Card's - sorry but I can't make 50+ image ;_;
Normalize in code about original GTS Perks (like Vulture) - may cause deactivate ability if you already purchased.
